A well shaped large clay amulet of Buddha in an open front plastic case
on a string of Howlite, imitation Turquoise and aged silver coloured
This necklace is a based on an antique Tibetan necklace. I find images of antique necklaces from Asia and Africa and recreate them with the same materials if available or with similar materials if necessary. I follow the colours and patterns of the original antique necklaces as closely as I can, but often have to vary the size of the beads or some other aspect.
Necklace is 47cm drop plus the amulet which is 9cm high by 6cm wide by 1.5cm deep.
Materials: clay amulet, imitation turquoise, howlite, silver metal separators
best amulets are created at individual Wats (Thai Buddhist temples) and
blessed by the Wats' leading monk. The more important the Wat and the
more famous the monk, the stronger the blessing, of course. Amulets can
protect you from a whole catalogue of occurrences, they can bring you
good health, wealth, a happy family and almost anything you can imagine.
The average Thai will have several; some to wear, some to have around
the house, some for the car and anywhere else they think necessary.
Post costs are high from Australia. If postage is less than my estimate I will refund the difference to you.
